Level 1 Reiki course includes a practical introduction to the human energy field and the chakras, which will give you first-hand understanding of the subtle bodies. You will receive an authentic, individual Reiki Level 1 attunement. Self care and opening the energy channels is our focus for Reiki 1.
What is Reiki Level 1 attunement?
In a reiki level 1 attunement, students are attuned to three different symbols, each representing a different aspect of reiki energy: power, mental/emotional balance and distance healing. Each student receives attunements to these 3 symbols four separate times, and with each repetition the connection deepens.
