Stop by to enjoy a $3 herbal tea (free for members), or take a break in our calm, welcoming space—perfect for slowing down and resetting during a busy day.
We also host monthly community events focused on real, tangible well-being practices. From breathwork sessions that support stress relief to sound baths designed for deep relaxation, our events are here to help you feel better, physically and mentally.

Meet the Owner: Angela Garrotto
Angie established herself as an Energy Healer after a long journey of recovery from addiction and like so many of us, abusive patterns. Self mastery being an ultimate goal, a forever student of life.
With a desire to serve, her story continues as she now owns and operates Earth and Herbs Arizona, A yoga and Healing Arts Studio staffed by a talented creative driven team and Master Yoga instructors. Reiki Master Angie is certified in Transcendental Meditation, Yoga and has added Past Life regression to her resume.
She welcomes all, in an open invitation to share and blossom within these magical doors that have opened through her pathway. Earth and Herbs wishes to serve humanity – a vision to facilitate embodying a safe space for every one inside the only true home we will ever have in this life, our body.
Angie raised her beautiful grown children and now , balances life with a sense of play, peace, and answers found through nature’s call. Built upon this foundation are the incredible friendships and adventures found in holding healing workshops and retreats.
Angie believes deeply that Earth and Herbs has been placed in her path as a divine gift – a calling to remain ever-conscious in operating both her business and practice as a source of Energy Healing.
