AcroYoga is a movement practice that combines the balance and focus of yoga, the fitness and intensity of acrobatics, and the holistic healing power of human connection. AcroYoga is a partner activity where you share your practice with others. Prepare to play, move, and even fall together – creating trust and connection along the way. Come alone or with a partner. No experience is necessary. 

This seminar will introduce you to foundational AcroYoga poses including Bird, Whale, Candlestick, Chair, Throne, etc. Each person will have an opportunity to practice all three roles: Base, Flyer, and Spotter. Safety will be a main priority at each step, ensuring everyone knows their role and feels confident before proceeding. If you already have an AcroYoga practice, we can work through more advanced poses and washing machines. You will challenge yourself, build confidence, practice communication, and most of all, have fun!!!

The Infinite Compassion Orchestra invites you to an evening of kirtan on Sunday, May 24.

Kirtan is an ancient devotional music experience that encourages singing of mantras to connect with the Divine. This Bhakti Yoga practice is wrapped within a rich tapestry of instruments from India, Europe and the American Southwest.
