Our monthly Healing Arts Fair brings together the Prescott community and nearby areas, showcasing master healers and energy workers. Attendees can enjoy services from Oracle and Tarot Card Readers, Reiki Masters, Shamans, Henna Tattoo Artists, Astrologers, Massage Therapists, Life Coaches, Trauma Therapists, Frequency Therapy, Access Consciousness, and more. Additionally, we now offer a Donation-Based Sound Healing session from 5:30-6:30 after each fair, which will always be free of charge. This is one of the many ways we give back to a community that has shown us so much support!

Unblock Your Sacral Chakara

When your Sacral Chakra is blocked it leads to feeling uninspired, passionless a tendency for self-sabotage, affecting your creativity, emotional intimacy, relationships thirst for life.
In the second of my seven-series Chakra Workshops, we’ll be taking a deep dive into your sacral chakra giving you clear understanding of the importance of a balanced sacral chakra and how to unblock it using traditional yogic modalities. Unlike other workshops, I will also give you a Super Power, another holistic modality called EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique. EFT is a scientifically and clinically proven mind-body modality that works with your nervous system to turn down the stress response. Thus empowering you to free your Chakras from blocked negative emotions (energy-in-motion), leading you to well-being.
Leave feeling so inspired, creative, passionate, and empowered, you will want to come back for more attend the rest in this series! But I won’t stop there, I will go the extra mile by providing a grounding practice and a guided workbook, that will give you the skills and everyday tools to revisit this chakra to keep it balanced.
This workshop includes:
A 30-minute introduction to your sacral chakra and how to use the powerful tool, EFT.
A helpful workbook to track your new awareness and keep the flow open on your own.
A 60-minute yoga practice for all levels of experience, specifically to clear and open your sacral chakra.
The root chakra workbook to help you catch up if you missed the first one in this series.

Ecstatic Dance
Come dance in this sacred space of connection and play! There will be a brief opening and closing circle to create the intention for the space, otherwise you are free to move however you feel called. The intention for this space is to create a safe container together where we can express our raw messy humanness through movement, alchemizing our emotions and experiences into medicine.

Weekly Sound Bath
Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm
A meditative experience led by Reiki Master owner of Earth and Herbs, Angie Garrotto. Guest hosts may include Michelle Oullette and other talented energy workers who use sound to access the subconscious mind and relieve stress and trauma from the body. In this safe and sacred space, experience a guided meditation into the realm of spirit, singing bowls to activate the meditative state, drumming, gong, singing and chimes are part of the immersive journey.

Reiki Share events are a great way to conduct Reiki Practice. Our group meets at Earth and Herbs Arizona, gathering together to share what we have learned through our personal Reiki journey, uplifting each other in a communal sense of ascension and healing.
