We are excited to host Lily for the sixth or her seven chakra series!

When our Third Eye chakra is blocked it leads to feeling stuck, lost, confused, anxious and the inability to connect to our divine inner wisdom. Affecting our capacity to trust our direction, purpose and move with the flow of life.

In the sixth of my seven-series Chakra Workshops, we will balance the third eye chakra with traditional yoga modalities. Unlike other workshops, I will also give you a Super Power, another holistic modality called EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique. EFT is a scientifically and clinically proven mind-body modality that works with your nervous system to turn down the stress response. Thus empowering you to free your Chakras from blocked negative emotions (energy-in-motion), leading you to well-being.

Join me on a journey into your third eye chakra. Rest assured the deep dive isn’t as intimidating as it might sound. In fact it is my hope that you will leave feeling such a deep connection to your intuition, inspiration and imagination you will become a decisive master manifester and want to come back for more to attend the rest in this series!

But I won’t stop there, I will go the extra mile by providing a grounding practice and a guided workbook, that will give you the skills and everyday tools to revisit this chakra to keep it balanced.

A 30-minute introduction to your Third Eye chakra and how to use the powerful tool, EFT.

A helpful workbook to track your new awareness and keep the flow open on your own.

A 60-minute Hatha Yoga practice specifically to clear & open your solar plexus chakra.

Bob Grimmick is a Sonic Wellness provider, Certified Sound Healer, Reiki Master, Certified Therapy Harp Player, and master practitioner of crystal and Tibetan metal bowls. As the founder of Bob’s Good Vibes, he offers sound healing meditations throughout Southern California and Arizona, bringing restorative sound experiences to both community settings and healthcare environments.

Bob frequently collaborates with Swirl of Sound and the Bishwa Seva Foundation’s Deep Sound Meditation, and provides therapeutic sound sessions to support patient wellness in medical settings.

His sound healing expertise includes a 200-hour certification in Sacred Sound from Sacred Sound of the Soul, a 60-hour certification in Tibetan Metal Bowls with Swami Chaitanya Krishna in Kathmandu, Nepal, and a Level 1 Therapy Harp Certification with Shelly Reef. Bob has also studied Advanced Gong Playing and Kundalini Gong Yoga with Mehtab Benton, completed numerous gong trainings with international gong master Mike Tamburo, and recently earned an advanced Gong Therapy Certification with Vikrampal.

FREE HEALING CIRCLE with Spiritual Healer-Intuitive Mark Earlix

This free healing circle, facilitated by Spiritual Healer-Intuitive Mark Earlix, brings people of all beliefs, cultures, genders, and lifestyles together to experience an energetic healing process. Individuals share briefly about the kind of healing they are seeking, (*e.g., chronic or acute pain, disease, skeletal/neurological issues, degenerative conditions, and certain spiritual dilemmas). Then they are offered the opportunity to experience a short, energetic healing process, supported by the group. Healing is available to anyone who is hurting or sick, whether they have an official medical diagnosis or not. People are welcome to stand in as a surrogate for others who cannot attend themselves or to simply witness the healing process. Results may be immediate or unfold over time. Follow-up sessions are available with Mark if a more extensive private healing experience is desired. The work is spiritual, not religious, and is open to all!
