Safety will be a main priority at each step, ensuring everyone knows their role and feels confident before proceeding. If you already have an AcroYoga practice, we can work through more advanced poses such as Prasarita Twist, Star, and some washing machines. You will challenge yourself, build confidence, practice communication, and most of all, have fun!!!
