AcroYoga is a movement practice that combines the balance and focus of yoga, the fitness and intensity of acrobatics, and the holistic healing power of human connection. AcroYoga is a partner activity where you share your practice with others. Prepare to play, move, and even fall together – creating trust and connection along the way.

This seminar will introduce you to foundational AcroYoga poses including Bird, Whale, Candlestick, Chair, Throne, etc. Each person will have an opportunity to (and be encouraged to) practice all three roles: Base, Flyer, and Spotter. Safety will be a main priority at each step, ensuring everyone knows their role and feels confident before proceeding. If you already have an AcroYoga practice, we can work through more advanced poses such as Prasarita Twist, Star, and some washing machines. You will challenge yourself, build confidence, practice communication, and most of all, have fun!!!

Our monthly Healing Arts Fair brings together the Prescott community and nearby areas, showcasing master healers and energy workers. Attendees can enjoy services from Oracle and Tarot Card Readers, Reiki Masters, Shamans, Henna Tattoo Artists, Astrologers, Massage Therapists, Life Coaches, Trauma Therapists, Frequency Therapy, Access Consciousness, and more. Additionally, we now offer a Donation-Based Sound Healing session from 5:30-6:30 after each fair. This is one of the many ways we give back to a community that has shown us so much support!
