Healing Arts Fair Vendor Registration

We are excited that you are interested in becoming a vendor at our monthly Healing Arts Fair! Click the button below to download our intake form. Please fill it out and email it to us along with your bio and picture at earthandherbsarizona@gmail.com. The registration fee is $40 you can pay cash or request an invoice to be sent to you.

WE ONLY HAVE 13 SPOTS AVAILABLE AND THEY FILL UP QUICKLY. WE RECOMMEND PREREGISTERING FOR FUTURE DATES. THE FAIR IS HOSTED THE LAST SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH. REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS THE SATURDAY PRIOR.
