Guest hosts may include other talented energy workers who use sound to access the subconscious mind and relieve stress and trauma from the body. In this safe and sacred space, experience a guided meditation into the realm of spirit, singing bowls to activate the meditative state, drumming, gong, singing and chimes are part of the immersive journey.
