Release Your Emotions & Pains Through Body & Color

Reiki 1, 2, and Master Level
Explore the healing art of Reiki in this USUI Reiki certification course through Yavapai College and Earth And Herbs Arizona. Open to beginners, returning students, and those pursuing Master Level certification, this course covers Reiki Levels I, II, and III through hands-on practice, energy awareness, and self-healing techniques. Students will learn within a supportive community and have opportunities for continued mentorship and practice through Earth And Herbs Arizona long after the course ends. Discover new realms of healing, intuition, and personal transformation through this ancient practice.

Monthly Healing Arts Fair
Our monthly Healing Arts Fair brings together the Prescott community and nearby areas, showcasing master healers and energy workers. Attendees can enjoy services from Oracle and Tarot Card Readers, Reiki Masters, Shamans, Henna Tattoo Artists, Astrologers, Massage Therapists, Life Coaches, Trauma Therapists, Frequency Therapy, Access Consciousness, and more. Additionally, we now offer a Donation-Based Sound Healing session from 5:30-6:30 after each fair. This is one of the many ways we give back to a community that has shown us so much support!

Donation Based Sound Healing
Following our Healing Arts Fair on the last Saturday of every month, come join our Donation Based Sound Healing. Settle in and allow yourself to be surrounded by the soothing resonance of sound. During a sound healing session, tones and vibrations move through the space and can be experienced not only through your ears, but as subtle sensations throughout your body. Lie comfortably, listen, feel and experience. This initiative is just one of the many meaningful ways we strive to give back to our community who has shown us unwavering support and encouragement over the years!
We have yoga mats, blankets, and pillows available or feel free to bring your own. The sound healing begins at 5:30 PM, so come early to find your space, get comfortable, quiet your mind, and give yourself permission to simply relax, listen, feel, and receive.

AcroYoga is a movement practice that combines the balance and focus of yoga, the fitness and intensity of acrobatics, and the holistic healing power of human connection. AcroYoga is a partner activity where you share your practice with others. Prepare to play, move, and even fall together – creating trust and connection along the way. Come alone or with a partner. No experience is necessary.
This seminar will introduce you to foundational AcroYoga poses including Bird, Whale, Candlestick, Chair, Throne, etc. Each person will have an opportunity to practice all three roles: Base, Flyer, and Spotter. Safety will be a main priority at each step, ensuring everyone knows their role and feels confident before proceeding. If you already have an AcroYoga practice, we can work through more advanced poses and washing machines. You will challenge yourself, build confidence, practice communication, and most of all, have fun!!!

Many of us step onto the path of yoga seeking a more fulfilling life but become overwhelmed by the contradictory messages in the modern yoga scene.
