Join Dawn Nabors and Angie Garrotto for Inner Horizon, a nourishing half-day immersion created to help you step away from everyday life and experience the powerful synergy of sound, breath, Reiki, supportive bodywork, and creative integration in a carefully held, supportive space.
We’ll begin with Sound Healing, inviting you to settle, relax, and open to deeper listening. Through Integrative Breathwork, you’ll have an opportunity to explore, release, and reconnect within. Reiki and supportive bodywork offer gentle energetic support and grounding touch, with touch being completely optional. We’ll then move into Mandala Integration, creating space to reflect, create, and give form to what emerges from your experience.
This afternoon is an invitation to relax, release, gain clarity, feel connected, and come home to yourself.
