All of us at some time or another experience pain in our spine and joints. LOAD Theory is a class designed to address those issues. By treating the body as a singular, global unit and tapping into the fascial lines of the body, participants can expect relief from pain and a return of function. Learn a deeper understanding of your body and begin the process of healing from within.
The goal of LOAD Theory is to decrease the pain and improve the function of the body. Participants will be gain a better understanding of proprioception, awareness, and fascial lines of the body. By treating the body as a global unit, participants will be able to create a fixed and mobile point in the body which will allow for space to be created in the joints. Increased space will allow for increased nerve activity as well as increased flow of blood, lymph, and cerebral spinal fluid. When proper flow is created, the body can begin and heal and normalize its tissues.
Join us for this Pop-up and experience the relief of professional spinal decompression this coming Sunday Oct 10th.
