Come Home to Yourself
A Sound Healing & Integrative Breathwork Journey with Dawn Nabors

Saturday, August 15 | 4:45–7:15 PM

Early Registration through August 8th: $65, thereafter $79

Modern life constantly pulls our attention outward—toward responsibilities, distractions, and the endless stream of thoughts asking for our attention.

What if, for just one evening, you gave yourself permission to turn inward?

Join Certified Integrative Breathwork Practitioner Dawn Nabors for a deeply supported breathwork journey that combines conscious connected breathing, carefully curated music, and a safe, welcoming environment designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner experience.

As breathing deepens, many participants notice a gentle shift in awareness as the mind begins to quiet and attention naturally turns inward. Every breathwork journey is unique. Some people experience deep relaxation. Others discover emotional clarity, fresh insights, renewed vitality, or simply enjoy feeling more present. There is no "right" experience—only your own.

Participants have described experiences such as:

• Greater awareness of habitual thoughts and reactions
• Feeling more connected to themselves
• Emotional release or emotional clarity
• New perspectives on life situations and relationships
• Greater self-compassion
• Feeling lighter, calmer, or more open
• Moments of awe, wonder, gratitude, or profound peace

Whether you are simply curious, navigating a life transition, or longing to reconnect with yourself, this experience offers a rare opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and listen inward—with curiosity rather than judgment.

No previous breathwork experience is necessary.

Please Note:
Registration closes Wednesday, August 13 at 6:00 PM. This allows participants time to complete the required health questionnaire, consent forms, and receive simple preparation information before the workshop. Because this style of breathwork may not be appropriate for everyone, individuals who are pregnant or have significant cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, seizure disorders, severe asthma or COPD, glaucoma, recent surgery, untreated bipolar disorder, psychosis, or other significant medical or mental health conditions are encouraged to contact Dawn before registering.
