A Board-Certified Acupuncturist, self-care educator and health coach for over 15 years, I have witnessed how our emotions and activities impact our body and our health. I have taken my love of Chinese Medicine and wellness and created workshops and classes that benefit the health and vitality of individuals and organizations. I was a CE Provider for the NCBTMB and Phoenix College massage program, hold a certification as a Master Certified Health Coach and a Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I started Evolution Acupuncture Wellness Center in 2012 and began developing and teaching self-care classes that allowed individuals to learn and adopt wellness practices they could use at work and at home. For the past 5 years I have focused on teaching my facial and body Gua Sha protocol using acupuncture meridian theory, harnessing the mind, body and spirit connection.
